Personal Statement - Tips/Guide

Last night, I was searching for blogs that talk about how to write a personal statement. I was curious to know what guidelines do people use. I am happy that I am in-line with most of them.

I hit upon a good source, which I thought I should share with you all. “MBA Mission Personal Statement Guide” - I think this is a good one, where the author explains different elements of a personal statement (cover letter, vision, why MBA essays) with examples. It's free, which explains why I checked it out.
